These are some of the questions that you might be thinking as the EV charging infrastructure has been deployed and the customers are beginning to use it. The network may have been small to begin with and it was easy enough to follow the usage and trends. However, as the network gets bigger and there are dozens of charging points and hundreds of users, the task of analyzing the data gets increasingly difficult. At the same time the task of analyzing the data gets more important to ensure that you can take the business to the next level.
The data collection, analysis and presentation of the usage data (charging sessions, patterns, monetary revenue, customer segments etc) is a time-consuming task and might require the purchase and deployment of new software.
In order to deal with these challenges, we are introducing a new service that allows the analysis to be performed as a service. After the access to the data has been organized, we will perform an analysis of the relevant data and scope and provide a thorough analysis with a quick turnaround time.
